Hayley was fantastic with helping select the pool shape and the colour. the knowledge and explaining how it all works made the start very easy. once deposit was paid we just sat back and hayley took care of everything, permit and all.
the big day came to start the installation and Tim took over. had the dig done and ready to drop the pool in in no time! the next thing you knew the pool went in and we were filling it up! he is brilliant know everything about the products he’s selling exactly how they work and gives you all the information you possibly need to know and more! needless to say the best experience i’ve had dealing with any business and would more than highly recommend.
the follow up to make sure everything is going okay and the pool is running smoothly is another experience you don’t get anymore. the kids won’t get out the pool every even though it’s freezing

We completed our pool install in April 2024 with C2C. Tim was very engaged and a knowledgeable professional throughout the process and in the 12 months that have followed. We had quite a large pool installed by this company and Tim is a perfectionist! We can’t fault the pool or his craftsmanship. The pool is amazing quality and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a pool installed. Hailey was super helpful and informative with all that’s needed to know before picking and installing a pool, wonderful family owned company.
Recently purchased a heat pump for the spa, great price and prompt service. These guys go above and beyond to make sure they deliver - they are not just interested in the sale, they are interested in the outcome.
